Food-grade water needed by the food and packaged beverage industry is produced through the following processes:
Thermodynamic Production Processes: Purified from all organic, inorganic, chemical, mineral, and enzyme components, and then converted back into pure, health-grade water (H2O).
Mineral Dosing: The resulting pure water is then supplemented in a dosing unit to achieve the necessary conductivity, hardness, pH level, and mineral content.
WE DO NOT USE CHLORINE!
Hydrogenation/Oxygenation and Sterilization
Mineralized water is passed through a Vortex process, where anionic oxygen is added to remove all harmful substances and bacteria, and it is sterilized. In the final stage, the water undergoes oxygenation or hydrogenation processes according to its intended use.
